There are sooo many books out there about pregnancy and labor, it's hard to know where to start. These books provide a holistic, natural viewpoint on pregnancy and labor. They also take into consideration child development, mental health, stress, and nutrition.

The Mama Natural: A week-by-week guide during pregnancy about what is happening with baby and mom, plus good natural recommendations.






Orgasmic Birth: So much more than the title! This is great birth/labor book and also provides advice for post partum.







Safe Infant Sleep: Such an important read, whether you plan to co-sleep/bedshare or not. This book really breaks down SIDS, sleep research, and safe sleeping positions.
